Foshan Zhongshan Whampoa Star-raise School for Hong Kong and Macao Students is a new international school established by the Zhongshan Whampoa Education Group (ZWIE) under the major development strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The school primarily enrolls students from Hong Kong and Macau, while also admitting a limited number of children from Taiwan, overseas Chinese, foreign nationals, and returning talents. The school offers a 12-year continuous international education from primary to high school, building on the 20 years of holistic education experience of the ZWIE, creating the most exploratory and forward-looking Sino-international integrated curriculum system in the Greater Bay Area.
In a biliteracy and trilingualism learning and teaching environment, the school uses the Hong Kong curriculum as its framework, integrating the characteristics of the IB (International Baccalaureate) education and the unique Chinese cultural learning system of ZWIE. The school is committed to cultivating students’ Junzi character and global competence.
