ZWSS has established an X-center to fully empower the personalized growth of students. It provides personalized career planning, admission services, and the Challenger Program for students in need, leading them to become the best of themselves and to follow the life path they choose and love.

For students who choose to engage in growth planning, we will start from three major dimensions: academics, literacy, and interests, to conduct career planning assessments. We will provide international-certified career planning consultants and offer one-on-one counseling services. After a reliable and valid career assessment, we will plan academically and in terms of literacy based on each individual's potential strengths and career interests, fully mobilizing the students' own intrinsic motivation and action milestones.

PROCESS

ASSESSMENT
Assessment Objectives:
1 To understand the developmental stages of cognitive abilities, the differences from the normative levels, and the individual strengths and weaknesses.
2 To serve as a basis for targeted strategies, providing personalized support, and enabling students to achieve noticeable improvements through increased training.
3 According to the laws of children's brain development, with the support of high-quality educational resources, the brain can undergo local structural changes through training, promoting the increase of brain gray matter or white matter (neurons).
Assessment Subjects: Students from Grade 1 to Grade 4.
Frequency Once per semester.

ASSESSMENT
Students are specifically introduced to the globally leading career planning system - Kuder Assessment, which conducts scientific and comprehensive career exploration and educational planning for students. It allocates resources based on the child's personality, interests, and strengths, initiating the first step in the child's journey of life exploration. Designed by renowned experts in the field of career guidance who have won multiple awards, Kuder Assessment enables students to complete assessments of career interests, skill confidence, and work values. Based on the assessment results, it provides matching information on industries, majors, and universities. With the support of Kuder Assessment, throughout the planning phase, students can fully explore their strengths and continuously compare various career and educational options. They can ultimately set goals that they can commit to with sustained effort, utilize the rich resources provided by the system, make plans, and realize their beloved ideals.

PROGRAM
To assist students in adapting to the transitions from kindergarten to primary school, from primary to junior high school, and from junior high to senior high school, new students will go through a bridging program during the summer vacation before the start of the new academic year. This program, divided into six modules—social-emotional skills, academic bridging, learning capability development, sports, performing arts, and boarding life entertainment—will comprehensively and progressively prepare students for their academic advancement.

CLASSROOM
The future of education will inevitably transcend the boundaries of walls, classrooms, and campuses, combining online and offline learning experiences.ZWSS students embark on the path of future education, where each academic year they can choose to study "General Humanities" and "Masters of Science" borderless learning courses. They delve into the long river of history to appreciate the essence of humanities; they step onto the new and old central axes to experience the beauty of mathematics; they explore the field of aerospace technology to marvel at the brilliance of science. They learn through their journey and gain insights through their learning.

PROJECTS
In personalized growth planning, the X-center develops achievement projects that match students' career interests, skill confidence, and work values, enabling the implementation and application of ideas, knowledge, and skills in reality. Taking the "Star Search Project" as an example, selected "Star Search Youth" participate in the design, development, launch, and application of satellites under the guidance of aerospace experts and academicians. They publish a series of youth aerospace education popular science papers, obtain patents, copyrights, various levels of science and technology innovation awards, and other honors, which help young people choose future aviation-related careers and cultivate future aerospace talents.
